Good morning,

Control Panel access via https://control.icuk.net/ is available. For reseller customers who need white label access, please use the new domain name for the time being of https://controlpanel.work/. However, some customers maybe experiencing an issue logging into the Control Panel with a password authentication error. This is because we have employed a proxy DDOS protection tool, and the IP presented to the Panel isn't correct. This requires development work to resolve, which is being carried out as a P1 this morning. Please bear with us for now.

In addition, if some customers are unable to access the Control Panel, please reboot computers and Internet connections as an overnight DNS change was required.

We have had to switch off access to reseller custom domain access, so control.resellerdomain.co.uk, for example, will not work for the time being. Please only access using the two addresses

We believe the attack originated as part of a Pro-Russian exercise which have been targeting several UK web sites over the past few days.

Further details will be sent out this morning explaining the full nature of what happened.

Access should now be restored. We recommend accessing the control panel via https://control.icuk.net.

We're monitoring the situation carefully, and will be sending further communication out tomorrow via email.

We continue to see waves of service disruptive attacks. We are working flat out to mitigate the effects of these attacks, maintaining control panel access as a priority. Please bear with us whilst we deal with this targetted attack.

DDoS attacks are continuing this morning against the icuk.net domain, and we have taken our site temporarily offline.

Steps have been taken to ensure that control panel access is prioritised whilst these attacks continue. The control panel can be accessed and used normally.

A DDoS is currently taking place. This will be impacting access to our site, control panel, API and other load balanced sites. It is not impacting broadband, leased lines or VoIP. We apologise for the disruption that this may cause. Steps are being taken to mitigate the effects.
